Our volunteers are the heart and soul of the PanAm Festival! We simply couldn’t do it without the energy, passion, and dedication of our volunteer team. This is a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes of a major Toronto event, gain valuable experience, meet new people, and be at the center of an unforgettable cultural celebration.

Volunteer Roles
We have roles for every interest and skill set. When you apply, you can let us know your preferences:
- Event Crew: Help with setting up tents, banners, and activity zones. (Involves some lifting).
- Info Booth & Greeters: Be the friendly face of the festival! Help attendees with directions and schedules.
- Artist & Performer Hospitality: Assist our stage managers and help coordinate performers.
- Culinary Stage Assistants: Help our demo chefs with prep and assist with audience Q&A.
- Volunteer-in-Training (Youth): A special program for youth volunteers (ages 14-17) looking to gain their first event experience.
