Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking two types of vendors. We prioritize vendors who offer authentic Pan-American products.

  • Food Vendors: We have space for food trucks and 10×10 tented food stalls. We are looking for vendors who sell high-quality, authentic dishes from North, Central, or South America and the Caribbean.
  • Artisan & Craft Vendors: We are looking for vendors who sell authentic, high-quality merchandise, apparel, art, and packaged goods.

For Salt and Sweet Food Vendors, the following items must be taken into account to ensure a successful experience.

$2 Million Liability Insurance
All vendors must provide proof of commercial general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 million.

Toronto Public Health Approval
Vendors must obtain approval or inspection clearance from Toronto Public Health.

Business Registration
Vendors must be registered as a business and provide valid documentation.

Food Handler Certification
At least one person handling food at the booth must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate.

Charcoal Use is Not Allowed
The use of charcoal for cooking or heating is strictly prohibited.

Generator Use is Not Allowed
Vendors are not permitted to use power generators during the event.

For Salt and Sweet Food Vendors, the following items must be taken into account to ensure a successful experience.
